This is one of the oldest project delivery methods in existence, and it's still in use today. Our company was established by "hard bidding" projects and we still perform this service. It keeps us sharp and in tune with what the construction markets are doing. We think there are better project delivery methods available but we just can't seem to abandon our roots!

Construction Management

CBI utilizes Construction Management to plan, coordinate, and control a project from inception to completion. This process is designed to meet a customer's requirements and produce a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed on time, within the owner's budget, and preserving high quality standards. This process allows CBI to manage project costs, schedule, quality, trade contracts and safety. CBI has extensive experience utilizing this project delivery method and our internal procedures stress communication between all parties in the construction process.

Design / Build

The Design/Build project delivery method is suitable when the owner desires single-source accountability to accomplish the design and construction of a project. CBI has extensive experience bringing in a competent team of design consultants and managing the design and construction process from inception through project close-out. Our success with Design/Build is evidenced by our numerous completed projects using this popular project delivery method. Many owners go to CBI for “one-stop shopping” to complete their projects.
