Project Role: Project Superintendent
As Project Superintendent James will oversee and coordinate all on-site daily activities. He will monitor trade contractor activities and scheduling to ensure adequate manpower and quality assurance. Additionally, he’ll be responsible for daily activity reports, scheduling material testing, site security, safety and weekly meetings. He will also have an active part in closeout and punch list activities.
