Florida State University Shores Building Improvements: Innovation HUB

Remodeled existing classrooms to provide an interdisciplinary Innovation HUB. The Innovation HUB offers a semi-open plan providing an area in which students can freely move between groups, study areas and equipment. The 14,000 square foot space is designed to support advanced technological equipment such as a Design Thinking Lab, a Digital Fablab, a Virtual Reality Lab, a Design/Hackerspace, 3D Scanning & Printing, HD Projectors and a variety of spaces and equipment for collaborative work groups.

Maclay School, Lower School Renovations & Retro-fit Roofing System

Renovation and New Construction - Interior and exterior renovations to an existing private academy, including selective demolition, new main entrance with an added clock tower, two new classroom additions, and campus-wide renovations, which included a new aluminum covered walkway, sidewalks, asphalt paving, landscaping & irrigation improvements, and restroom upgrades. Also, school-wide new acoustical ceiling system, new HVAC, new flooring, classroom cabinets and exterior/interior painting were provided. The entire school was finished with a new retro-fit metal roofing system.

Florida State University Turnbull Center: 62,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose conferencing & learning center.

Havana Middle School New Classroom Wing Addition

The Pre-K thru 3d grade addition to Havana Middle School project consists of approximately 33,037 square feet of new construction.
The work consists of new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems; new interior partitions, doors windows and finishes; new CMU and brick exterior walls; new standing seam metal roof; new entry drives, parking and sidewalks and site work.

Elizabeth Cobb Middle School; Renovations and Remodel Building 9

Remodeling and Renovation - Building 9 and 10 including a new Media Center, renovated "Drop Off / Pickup" area, and renovations to the exsisting Reception Area.

Florida State University Palm Court Parking Lot

A Florida State University project consists of a new, approximately, 140 vehicle, paved parking lot located on Palm Ct. between Macomb and Call Streets. The lighted lot will be landscaped with trees and shrubs, possilby with irrigation.
