Project Role: Project Manager
As Project Manager, Richard will be the single source of contact for all construction related activities, beginning with Pre-Construction all the way through Close-Out and throughout the Warranty period. He will collaborate on A/E/O activities and the job-site supervision of subcontractor activities. He will also have direct input and interaction with support staff and administration. He will be committed to the project for its duration and the warranty period.
