Jay Beard joined the Cook Brothers Inc. team in 2004. His leadership ability and insight soon promoted him to his current position of Lead Minor Projects' Manager. Since that time Jay has completed over fifty (50) Florida State University Minor Projects. The varied, comprehensive knowledge and expertise that he has gained makes him one of the "asked for" construction managers by many of the University's department heads.
