As Project Manager, Michael will be the single source of contact for all construction related activities, beginning with Pre-Construction all the way through Close-Out and throughout the Warranty period. He will collaborate on A/E/O activities and the job-site supervision of subcontractor activities. He will also have direct input and interaction with support staff and administration. He will be committed to the project for its duration and the warranty period.
As Project Superintendent Michael will oversee and coordinate all on-site daily activities. He will monitor trade contractor activities and scheduling to ensure adequate manpower and quality assurance. Additionally, he’ll be responsible for daily activity reports, scheduling material testing, site security, safety and weekly meetings. He will also have an active part in closeout and punch list activities.
